Most questions we get are about sizing between the men's and women's cuts, when an order will arrive, and how returns work. The quick answers are below, with fuller ones further down.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), all processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. More detail is in our Payment Methods.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, and even later if it has not shipped yet. Our Cancel & Change Order Policy explains how.

Is sales tax included in the price?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable and shown before you pay.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

$4.95 flat per order, regardless of how many items are in it.

When will my order ship?

Our order cutoff is 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, and orders placed by then begin processing the same business day. Handling takes 1–3 business days, and transit takes 5–7 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at this time. We ship to street addresses in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

How do I track my order?

We email your tracking number when the parcel ships, and you can check it anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Returns & Refunds

Do I have to explain why I am returning something?

No. A reason helps us decide what to stock next, but you never have to justify a return.

Who pays for return shipping?

We do. Request the return by email, and a prepaid label lands in your inbox within 1 business day.

How long does a refund take?

Refund timing, from inspection to the money reaching your account, is set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I exchange for a different size or cut?

Yes. Returning the original and placing a new order is the fastest route, and a direct exchange is also available.

Products & Sizing

Are your clothes new or secondhand?

Everything is new, with tags attached. The styling takes its cue from the nineties; the garments themselves are fresh stock.

Can I buy from the other section?

Of course. Many customers prefer how the other cut fits, especially for a roomier sweater. Email us your usual size and we will tell you the closest match.

How do I choose a size?

Start with the size you wear most often. If you are between two, email us the item and your usual size in a brand you like, and we will tell you how that piece runs.

Will new jeans transfer color?

Fresh indigo can rub onto pale fabrics during the first few wears, especially when damp. Wash new denim separately and keep it away from light upholstery until it settles.
