Payment Methods

At Gonzhu (accessible via https://gonzhu.com), paying for an order should take a minute and leave nothing to worry about afterward. This page lists the ways you can pay and explains what happens behind the button.
Whether it is a single pair of jeans or a sweater and cardigan together, every order goes through the same secure checkout, charged once and in US dollars.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If a payment question is not answered here, email us at [email protected] and we will be glad to help.
| Payment Point | In Brief |
|---|---|
| Accepted | PayPal, debit cards, credit cards |
| Card networks | Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover |
| Processor | PayPal (PCI DSS compliant) |
| PayPal account needed? | No |
| Currency | US dollars (USD) |
| Charges | One-time charges only, no subscriptions |
Accepted Methods
- PayPal: pay from your PayPal balance or any funding source linked to your account.
- Debit card: Visa or Mastercard debit cards issued by a US bank.
- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
How PayPal Processes Your Payment
Every payment, including card payments, runs through PayPal's gateway, which meets the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card: choose the card option at checkout and enter your details as a guest.
Payment Security
Your card details are entered with PayPal and never reach our servers. We see only that a payment was approved, the amount, and the last digits PayPal shares for reference.
When You Are Charged
Your payment is taken when you place the order. Every charge is a one-time charge for that order; we do not run subscriptions or save cards for automatic billing.
Currency and Foreign Transaction Fees
All prices and charges are in US dollars. If your card was issued outside the United States, your issuer may add a foreign transaction fee, which is set by the issuer rather than by us.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable, based on your shipping address, and shown before you confirm payment.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment fails, nothing is charged and no order is created. Common causes include:
- A billing address that does not match the one your bank holds.
- An expired card or a mistyped card number or security code.
- A daily spending limit set by your bank.
- A fraud check by your issuer on an unfamiliar purchase.
If your situation falls just outside one of these, write to us anyway. We can usually spot the cause from our side and tell you what to try next.
Pending Authorizations
If a payment fails, your bank may still show a pending authorization for a few days. It is not a charge, and your bank releases it automatically.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Timing and conditions are covered in our Return & Refund Policy.
Payment Questions
If a payment will not go through or a charge looks unfamiliar, email us the details (never your full card number) and we will look into it.
